Created and removed FAQ. FAQ still appears

I created an FAQ through the Knowledge Base tab and made the appropriate tags and managed to publish the FAQ out to the external Portal. I then went and deleted it as it was only to be a test and no reason to keep it. It doesn't show up in any of the Knowledge Base searches but still shows up on the FAQ page.

Any idea how to removed it?

The problem is that the ./cache/modules/FAQ/faq.html is not getting refreshed. Removing the faq.html will cause the system to regenerate.

Perhaps I've missed a setting?
