Createing an email campaign to all Leads contacts

I want to send an email to all my Leads (as an email campaign or something..). There seems to be no easy way to do this job. Please help.

Also, when I add a Lead, the person is not added to the contacts. Is there a way to enable this?

There's a very easy way to do this but it will require some time to understand how Campaigns work.

You should also install Power Prospecting module from SugarForge (http://www.sugarforge.org/projects/powerprospect/) as this helps greatly in adding Leads to target lists for email campaigns. NOTE: You should BACKUP data and application before adding any new functionality.

Actually, the documentation seems to have a gap. I can't quite find where it tells me how to "select all" for my existing leads or contacts. I want to send them all a policy change. When I try to pick contacts, I have to search, which won't give me "all".

Very frustrating.
