is there an easy way to create a contact and/or account from an inbound email? specifically we have a sales@ account that is a group email that assigns a new task to everyone in the sales group. i typically assign the emails directly (although sometimes through least busy) is there an easy way to take an email and create a contact or account based on the sender's info? we are on Version 4.5.0h (Build 1239) professional version hosted by sugar.
