Creating a Customers Subpanel in Account View

I want to create a customers sub panel in account view, in a smilar way to the direct reports in the contact record.

I have created a field in the account view to link to the account record of the reseller/dealer of the end customer, but how can I use thi sinformation to populate a customers sunpanel, and how do I create such a sub panel?
