Creating a meeting that always go into the "Meetings" subpanel of the "Account"

There are different ways to create meetings in Sugar; however the only way I found on my Sugar 5.5.2 to create a meeting that stays on the "Meetings" subpanel is to create it from that subpanel at the "Accounts" module. If I create the meeting from activities, it is then moved to the history.

Is there a way I can create meetings that when associated to an account are always sent to the "meetings" subpanel? and never send to the history?
