I while ago I found a references to the code I needed to change so that when you create a meeting, it does NOT add the user who created it- only the user who has been allocated to it?
Now I can't find it again & I need it...does anyone know?

Hi wintonit
You can create a logic_hook before_save in Meetings module.
If the Meeting record is new the created_by user can be added to invitee list.
Let me know if you don't know how to do this.

Sorry, I'm trying to STOP the created_by user being added.Originally Posted by andopes

Anyone know?
This is what I was referring to but I can't find this code in my Sugar install (5.1): https://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/show...6&postcount=13
This module should make it happen.Originally Posted by wintonit

Also note that this is not upgrade safe, it would have to be updated and reloaded for 5.2 and 6.0 when they come out.

Brilliant- thank you!
would it be possible to expand this slightly- if we duplicate an entry from person A to person B, it adds person A to the newly created entry that is actually for person B- ie instead of one each, person A gets two and person B gets one.
