I am trying to setup Sugar to that when an email arrives in a specifed inbox a new case will be automatically created.
i know that Sugar can read the mailbox as in the email viewer the mails can be seen.
i know that the scheduler is running every minute to check the email box.
for some reason though when a new email arrives a new case is not created.
do i need to add certain tags into the email so that Sugar can know which fields to populate?
