I have created two new fields for Revenue and COGS and would like to display a field that calculates and displays the gross margin percentage. Any help would be appreciated.

How good are your PHP skills? There are several ways to make this happen, I am working on some blogs that cover calculated fields that should be out this weekend.
Also which module are these fields in?

PHP and "skills" don't are two terms that would never be used to describe me.
I added the new fields in the Opportunity area but would like to see them convert to a forecast and a quote at some point.
Thanks for any help you may be able to give.
