Creating new record on Select Popup

I have a new custom module that we call "Servers". I've done a one to many relationship with cases so that I can select a "Server" when creating a case.

What I want to be able to do is enter a new Server in if it doesn't exist so I'll need a "Create Server" button on the popup but am unsure of where to enter the code. I've looked everywere in the forums and wiki and cannot find exactly what I am looking for.

Can someone point me in a good direction of where to look?

Hi Kaos

SugarCRRM automatically display the create button when opening the popup but you can hid that button throught view.edit.php of Cases module when already exist a Server.

Here is the problem I am having. When I click on the Select button behind Server Name (custom built module), I get the popup with the list of servers and a search button. I need to have a Create Server button also. I didn't modify anything to hide the button, I just need it to show up if at all possible. Thanks..
