Creating Opportunity

We just started using Sugar CRM and I'm playing with the tool to understand all nuances. I would like to have a situation in which I could create an opportunity associated with one or multiple contacts under an account. For instance If i have an account called XYZ, and I have Mr X, Mr Y, and Mr z as contacts under that account, I would like to create an opportunity under account XYZ only associated with Mr X and Mr y. Would really appreciate any advice on this.

If this requires any customization , please point me to the right documentation. thanks much

Hi there,

If I understand your question correctly, this is very easy to do in Sugar. Just create the opportunity, and select that account. Fill in the other necessary information, then save the record. Once the record is saved, you'll see a "Contacts" area. Select the contacts you want to be associated with this opportunity using the selection box.
