Creating Parent Accounts

Hello,

I would like to be able to create a parent account to an existing account.
Under Studio > Accounts > Labels I found: LBL_PARENT_ACCOUNT_ID,
but this label is not available in the editview (or others)?

How can I do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. Also would like to be able to create associated accounts (an indirect account).

Hi Ros,

there should be a field in the Accounts module called 'Member Of'. You can either go into the 'child' record and select the parent record, or go into the Parent Account record, and scroll down to the 'Members' subpanel and select the child there
