Creating a Set of Tasks

Hello,
I'm new to Sugar, but pretty good at IT applications... but what I haven't been able to figure out how to, or whether your are able to, create sets of tasks. For example, if my user creates an account, the ability to add a set of tasks is required, these are effectively predefined tasks that always remain the same, for example they might be, send a welcome pack, ensure payment clears, send an invoice etc... Is there any way of doing this apart from creating each task individually? Quite time consuming.
