Creating Target List of Contacts

I am able to display a list of about 500 contacts that meet certain criteria using SugarCRM CE. I now want to add these contacts to a target list. However, the only way I see to do that is to page through these one page at a time, selecting 20 each time. Then selecting Actions>Add to Target List. Surely I am, missing something and there is a better way to do this, no? Is there a way to select all of the 500 contacts in one step and then add them to a target list?

On version 6.2 and above you can select all records and add into a target list. Just click on link "Actions" at the top of list.

Hmm, I am using 6.4.0beta6 and there is no "Select all records" option under the Actions link. It seems I am still stuck having to select 20 records at a time. Has this feature for some reason been dropped? Thanks

I have sugar 6.4.3 and for some reason the add to list functionality is not working when I try to add 2000+ contacts to a list. It seems to start then it just reverts back to the home page. Any ideas on what I should check?
