Hi all
I'm trying to create a simple target list:
Campaigns:
Create Target List
Click 'Contacts' - get Contact Search screen.
Question 1 .. Why can't I simply select a 'Saved Search' I've previously defined? Seems daft to have to make a whole new selection just for this one task.
Question 2 - Assuming I can't use a saved search, and none of my custom fields are visible to make a selection, how do I customize this screen in Studio so that I can include my custom fields?.
Question 3. The 'Select' check-box seems unbelievably primitive on this screen. Elsewhere, you seem to have options for Select This Page, Select All Records etc. So - even if I COULD get my selected Contacts to display there would be no way of selecting them all. (Over 2000 of them)
So - any help would be great please! Loads of people must be using mass mailing, so I can't believe I'm the only one who wants to send an email to a subset of my Contacts.
