Critical Error with SugarCRM Community Edition 5.0b

Hello I have Critical Error with SugarCRM Community Edition 5.0b, First i had critical error with Calendar Activity Modul Then I use "Restore and Rebuild" admin option I received a critical error message and I couldn't use any option. now I cant even login into system. I wouyld like to know how I can use Sugar CRM backup because I have one, or how i can restore Sugar CRM file's because the Database seems to be allright. I think this is a crush from the system itself.

Any one can suggest me something to restore this CRM system please?
