CRM installation problem?

CRM installation problem?, I have installed the vtiger CRM but can't get the connect to the database. The error is 402 in IE. Please help in Asia

I think you're in the wrong place. These forums are for SugarCRM. Over the years I have kept a weather eye on VT and apart from the relative quality and usability of the 2, Sugar also distinguishes itself through the strength of its community. So it's maybe not surprising to see VT users coming here to try to get some support.
