CRM System Needed

Hi I really need a CRM system but ones online seem so complicated and I don't have the time to devote. In the past I have used trouble ticket express because of its simplicity. I don't want Goldmine I want something simple and without learning curve to use does SUGAR do that?

You need to define what "simple" means to you.

Sugar is highly customizable and part of those customization capabilities include the ability to turn off features you don't intend to use, hence simplifying it.

But, without knowing what simple means to you, it is hard to say if that will match your needs.
