CRM with Ticketing system and SMS engine

Dear All

My orgnization needs a CRM solution that contains a Ticketing System and the ability to send SMS's. We will use it mainly for Call Center.

Does Sugar CRM meet these requirements?

It doesn't have SMS capabilities built in, but a you might want to check out SugarForge.org to see if anyone has come up with a solution yet as I remember some in planning stages before.

As for ticketing, there is a module for that, but depending on your exact requirements, you might find that is too basic, or just right. Hard to say without knowing exactly what you need to do.
