Cronjob error with scheduler

Can anyone assist with this error? We have tried everything that we can think of. When we try to create a scheduler, our page has drop downs with no labels.

Any help is appreciated.

To Setup Crontab
Add this line to your crontab:

Are you talking on the combo list called "Jobs"?
