CSV Import successful but no data

I did a test csv import following the instructions. The fields are Title, First name & Last name. Fields qualified by is None. The result is "1 records created successfully", but no data is returned and when I search fro the record it is no where to be found. Have been trying for a while now! Any takers?

Please give us some more information:

Which edition and version are you using?
Which steps did you do to import the data? (Screenshots would be helpful, especially from the page where you do the mapping and the results page)
How does the import file look like?

Seems to me that there is a problem to get the data into the database, but I have no idea why this could happen. The reading of the file should be ok since the content of the row is shown correctly on the mapping definition page.
Any error messages in sugarcrm.log?
