CURL Instalation error

HI

i am using window XP SP2 and working with IIS.

I am runnig PHP file with curl function and it is giving me error

i remove ; from php.ini from "extension=php_curl.dll" and also change in extension_dir path, now path is "c:\php\ext"
and php_curl.dll file in this folder even it is giving me this error.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\testcurl.php on line 5
PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'c:\php\ext\php_curl.dll' - The operating system cannot run %1. in Unknown on line 0

please help me.
