Currency Symbol

Hi,

Should the Currency Symbol appear in the a Field of type Currency in the DetailViews and ListViews?

My defaul currency is EUR, Symbol €. But for all my currency fields the Symbol is not appearing.

Is this normal?

Hi Chris,

Is it listed correctly in the config.php file (and selected)?
What about the settings page for the admin page?

I just checked one of our fields and it doesn't show the symbol either. Maybe time for a bug report/feature request. It makes sense that it should show for fields of type currency.

Hi Chris,

Set default currency at the Admin page.
Admin->Locale Settings

And look at this page too
Admin->Currencies
