Currency Symbol on SubPanel ListView

Hi,

I am on Sugar 6.1.1 and I will be adding a second currency to my System shortly.; Euro => € (default) and Pound Sterling £.

In all my Custom Modules I have currency fields for recording Investment Amounts, Current Values, etc. When the module is edited/created with the second currency option, it converts all my values correctly, but on the SubPanel ListView it is showing the Default Currency Symbol but the convert value, which is wrong.

Is this a bug or is there a fix for this?

If a user selects £ then it should be showing this symbol. When I look at the actual Listview of the Module it is correctly showing the £ symbol.

Let us know the cached module vardefs and modules/<CustomModule>/metadata/subpanels/<LoadedSubpanel>.php

Everything looks fine.
Make sure it happens in a fresh install without customization, I mean, test it in Opportunities subpanel under Accounts.

Hi,

I installed a fresh instance of 6.2.4 and I tested same under Accounts for Opportunities. Euro is the default and Pound Sterling with the second currency I added.

In this instance, the ListView of Opportunities is showing the € sign instead of the £ sign and the Opportunities Subpanel under Accounts is also showing the € sign.

Looks like this issue is even worse in 6.2.4

I'll try a fresh install of 6.1.1 the version I am currently running to see what happens.

I don't have a fread instance of 6.1.1 but I do have 6.1.7 and this is acting in the same behaviour as 6.2.4, it is showing the € sign and the Euro Amount when I look at the ListView and SubPanel ListView of an Opportunity that is set as Sterling.

Same is also happening in 6.4.0RC2, only the default currency is showing in the ListViews and SubPanel ListViews

Hi,

Just checked all the fresh installs again and I had to add the second Opportunity Amount field to the ListView and the SubPanel ListView of Accounts, so now in the fresh installs of 6.1.1, 6.2.4, & 6.4.0RC2 it is showing both £ and € as expected.

So this is now down to my custom Modules.
