Custom Button and Tranfer to another module

Hi,

I have 2 situations wit my sugar crm:

1) I want add a custom butto to list view of my module accounts
2) And need that button copy name account and assigment user to another module called Support

I cheking manuals but nothing working, somebody can help me with that? o somebody can explain me how to do that?


My version of sugarcrm is 6.0.2

You are talking about adding and clicking a button in Accounts ListView and let this button to copy Accounts information to some other module.

Questions:
Which Account should be affected by this button? The ones previously selected?

If you select several Accounts how to know to which Support records the Accounts information should be copied to? What should happen if two Accounts are related to the same Support record?

Answer that, i want to put the button in the field of the account, that form only can check one account at time, exist any form of do that?
