Hi People,
This is my first support forum post, so please excuse the "newbieness".
I have created a custom field in ACCOUNT called SUPPORT_DATE with holds a date.
I am then trying to create a workflow for the CASE module that looks at this related field, but it doesn't show in the dropdown list.
To get even stranger, if I create a DROPDOWN, or other custom field, it does show! It's only when I select this custom field holding a date. This sounds like a bug to me.
I've tried...
Repairing
Deleting and re-adding the field
Deleting and re-adding the workflow
Changing the name of the field
Spinning around three times and praying.
