Custom email link in Leads list

Hello. I'm very new to SugarCRM and trying to achieve this: in the Leads list view I want to change the default email link from the E-mail column (which is index.php?module=Emails&action=Compose&....) to another custom href, a custom email sending form. What's the best and easy way to do this?

I've tried studying a custom view, but I could only find documentation about customizing buttons, adding/removing fields, not actually changing the field content. Would appreciate any suggestion.
