Custom field "checkbox" unable to load value from DB!!

I recently added a checkbox to my accounts module.

it works perfectly, but it always remain unchecked, also if, in DB, it regulary changes his value editing the relative page inside SugarCRM and applying the flag

Does someone as encountered the same problem?

I have met the same problems and it's really strange. In the account module, the checkbox works well, but in my product module it remains unchecked.
Who can help us?
