Custom field labels in data export?

Hello,

I am querying some account data from sugar via an odbc connection into excel. However, when I try to pull out some custom field info, I can only access the key values from the accounts_cstm table. Is there any way to pull the label value?

Not via ODBC because those values are kept inside php files.

Same question, but for CSV export.

Is it possible to export the labels of a custom multiselect/dropdown?
Having the values is bull most of the times, because normally it´s just some random IDs.

Any ideas?
