Custom Field Problems - Newbie

Hi Guys,

Sorry to ask something that has probably been asked over and over again but could not find a response that was appropriately dumbed down so I could understand it!

I want to create several custom fields for accounts (i.e. I want to store a few passwords for each account).

I have created the custom field as a textarea and then dragged it from the left and onto the account module and saved it. They all appear ok. But then I want to add data to them so I got to a specific account and hit edit and there is no damn field for me to enter the data for the custom field!!!

Is this just me being a donut or do I need to edit something?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Could it be that you have not added your custom fields to EditView in Studio? You have to add custom fields both to DetailView and EditView.
