Custom Fields and Edit Layout do not show up

I have edited my Accounts layout via the Admin / Studio / Edit a Module / Accounts/ Edit Layout. I rearranged the layout, added custom fields, added empty fields (by mistake) and "Saved and Publish". Now I can see the changes in my Accounts but when I go to "Edit", they are not showing there nor does the new arrangement. Additionally I can't seem to be able to delete the two empty fields I added by mistake. Any suggestions?

Hi JackieBM,

You can see the new custom fields in the View custom fields area. All you need to do is to select the module in which you created the custom fields and then view the custom fields.

Thank you for replying. That is not where my problem is, if you see the two images attached, you will see the updated mode ((the one that has the client name on it) where the new layout, the new custom field and the two empty fields I added by mistake are all showing. Unfortunately when you see the same tab in "Edit Mode", the changes do not show up, nor the new fields. I cannot add the information I created in the custom fields nor can I delete the two blank fields created by mistake.
