Custom Fields not available in edit list view

I am using Sugar Open Source 4.5.1d on internet explorer.

I've created some drop-down custom fields for Leads and they are working fine for detail and edit view. However, they are not available in any of the three columns in edit List View to actually add them to my list view.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

You can edit manually the custom/working/modules/yourmodule/XXXX.html where XXXX is the DetailView or EditView html file. To edit your listview you have to edit the custom/modules/yourmodule/metadata/listviewdefs.php.

We are using a hosted version of Sugar OS, so I don't believe we have access to these files. Do you know of any other fix?

Has the admin allowed those fields in the list view? If they are hidden they probably will not be allowed to be added to a custom view.
