    Default Custom fields are not showing

    I recently added 5 new custom fields to my accounts form. These are 5 new fields that have been added since the last 20 were created. I am able to see the new fields that I have created from the studio under accounts, but when I click on the 'Accounts' tab and click to create a new account, the 5 new fields that I created are not showing.

    I have been surfing the forum for answers and I think others have had the same problems as well. I have tried troubleshooting these issues based on the feedback that has already been posted in previous threads. After I add the new panel and rows, then drag and drop the fields, I am clicking 'Save' and the 'Save & Deploy' buttons before exiting. The system reads "Saving..." and "Save Complete" and the same for deploy. Why are they not showing in the accounts screen? I am working with the Open Source v5.0. I am beating my brains out! Please help.

    Hi mrsmfox

    Figure out if your sugar installation has the folder custom/working/modules/Accounts/metadata
    if yes copy the metadata files from these folder to the custom/modules/Accounts/metadata.
    Make a backup of the files in this last folder.

    Try again.
