Custom Fields not showing up

I have created a new field in studio called "Extensions" under leads. I have added it to all layouts and fields. What am i forgetting here? It shows up in list view but when i create a new lead it is not there?

Which version of SugarCRM do you used ?

You need to add this field to Editview to view it while creating a lead. Also make sure you have clicked "Save & Deploy" button instead of a Save button
