Custom fields in Sugar 4.5.1

Hello,

Is it possible in Sugar 4.5.1 to add a custom field that contains a list of all the users? I'd like to add a custom field to the Leads module that works similar to the "Assigned to" field. I.e. a text entry box with a "search" box next to it that lets me search all the users on the system.

You mean a text field of size ??? in which all usernames are shown? Or a select box to assign a 2nd user e.g. as responsible for a lead?

A select box, similar to the "assigned to" field on a Lead. We want to track the employee who's responsible for giving us the lead.
