Custom Fields and Web Service

Hi all
As a newbie I am looking and searching is it possible to make this with SugarCRM CE

I wanna make a field in BUG TRACER called ID NUMBER
When u enter ID NUMBER it will get some data from another web service
I really ready to create a bunch of web services to do this. But I consider how can I implement within sugar? (via SOAP)
In below picture how can İ implement these data to the fields (right sided)

I wonder does anybody made or used like a field(s)

Hi, cagatay.
it is pretty possible.
You just have to implement an ajax functionality. the php script behind the js will send a request to the SOAP passing this id as parameter, receive the response, process it and return to javascript. This last one will populate some specific fields with the values coming from php script.

One more question;

How can we create fields within the bug tracer DETAIL VIEW and LIST VIEW?

Assume that we dont need these field in EDIT VIEW
