    Default Custom Module Accounts Showing in DB But Not in List in SugarCRM Interface

    I have a custom module called Merchants that is deployed and showing up in the SugarCRM interface.

    When I add a Merchant through the SugarCRM interface, it appears to add the Merchant account and a new row is inserted into the proper spot in the database. However, the Merchant account list in the SugarCRM interface shows nothing!

    I will add that we just recently had to reinstall SugarCRM due to issues with custom modules not installing/uninstalling fully. So I have just reloaded the custom modules and am experiencing this problem.

    I really don't even know where to begin in troubleshooting this issue. Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    start by going to admin>repair>quick repair and rebuild

    Thanks for the idea. I should have mentioned that I've already repaired and rebuilt and SugarCRM seems to think everything is fine.

    Don't mean to be TOO simple ... but have you clicked on Clear on the Merchant List View to make sure there are no search masks being applied?

    I actually noticed this before you pointed it out--but you nailed it! For some reason, there was a '5' in the search filter. This '5' also appeared on other machines--not just mine. Weird. Must have been some sort of caching thing...?
