Custom module entries not showing

Hi all,

I've created a basic custom module and deployed it using Module Builder on my SugarCRM CE install.

I am able to access the page (as an Administrator), create new records within the custom module but cannot list or search through them? It shows no records listed even though within PHPMyAdmin I can clearly see the records in my custom module's table... can anyone explain why this is happening?

Is there any information I can provide to help?

my first try would be admin->repair->clear template data cache and rebuild relationships.
