custom module not in studio

Hi all,

I am facing an issue in upload module(module loader), where i am able to upload the module it shows 100% completed and module deployed but when i go to studio there the custom module is not shown.
Also, not shown in configure tabs, (BTW it is not in hidden tabs also) , not in any other part of sugarcrm.
And one more thing these module i am uploading at client side, so is there any remote problem causesd by FTP such as security-wise it wont let upload certain modules or change the permissions of certain folders so this issue gets resolved.
Can anyone help me out with this issue?

Windows Xp, Sugarcrm v5.2, MySQL, PHP 5.2.5

Hi,

You could have done export the package instead of publish. i guess you will find the package of your custom modules in module builder.

Hello Davis,

the modules that i have are generated from publish. When i uploaded the module from module uploader i got no error and when i checked the folder in custom, there is one folder <custom module>/metadata/ 3FIles(listview, editview,detailsview). In modules folder(not from custom directory) i cudnt find the folder of <custom module>.
The module i had published was from sugarcrm v5.5.1 and i am uoloading it into Sugarcrm v5.2. So the Regex is also addded into the manifest file. the regex addded is ::

array("regex_matches" => array("5.1.*", "5.2.*", "5.3.*","5.4.*", "5.5.*")),

The version i am using is Sugarcrm v5.2.oi

I suppose the regex is fine. are there any other change i need to make?
