Custom module time issue.

Hello.

I've a Sugar with custom modules, theres a module named "Comments" this module is used as its name says, to write comments in the "Cases", with a relationship I can write as many comments as I want inside Cases. The problem is that this comments are 1 hour ahead of the way it should be, for example:

If I write a comment at 16:22, it displays as it has been written at 17:22, I guess its not a problem in the timezone config since when I create a new Case, Account, etc it displays the correct hour when I've created it.
What could it be? where do you think I can modify this?
