Hi, I'm getting the following error when trying to deploy a custom module.

An error has occured during the deploy process, your package may not have installed correctly
I then found the following work a round;

It says to check the upgrade_history table in the database, i've tried all the passwords in can think of to get into phpmyadmin to no avail.

Does anyone know what the credentials are for phpmyadmin on the windows stack installer?
