Custom Modules not showing up.

I created a custom package with three custom modules. One of the custom modules is showing up, but the other two are not. I created each custom module exactly the same (with the exception of custom fields within each module), so why would this be happening? Any help on this would be great.

Check to see in the admin panel in the Studio section for Configure tabs to see if the tabs are shown system wide.

Only one of the custom modules (not all three) is showing up under the configure tabs section.
