Custom modules not visible anywhere after importing with Loader

Hi All,

I have created a series of customisations on my dev instance consisting of:

a) Customisations to standard modules
b) Two new custom modules

For (b) (wrongly or rightly) I used Builder to create the basic framework of the two modules, published, and loaded into the dev instance. I then finished off the modules in Studio. All tested and OK

I then used Studio to export all customisations (a) and (b) into a single zip file.
Loaded zip file into Production instance via Loader and installed.

The (a) std module customisations are all present and correct; but I can't find the custom modules at all. They don't appear in the menus or in Studio.

I have checked the (SUGARPATH)/custom/modules directory and the custom module directories and files have all been uploaded fine

I have also done the Quick Repair and Rebuild.
File permissions all look OK with apache owning everything.

I even tried doing separate (a) and (b) exports from dev instance and loading into prod... same result.

I don't know what else to try, would really appreciate some help on this one

I'm having the exact same issue and I haven't found a solution yet.
