custom task, call and meeting bug?

1. I have some problems with task, call and meeting.
I added field <related to:> in basic search tab, and it doesn't work. I know "_basic" search trip I tried put in searchforms.html I played with:
<td class="dataField"><span sugar='slot3b'><input type='text' name='parent_to_name_basic' size='20' maxlength='25' value='{PARENT_TO_NAME}'></span sugar='slot'></td>
<td class="dataField"><span sugar='slot3b'><input type='text' name='parent_id_basic' size='20' maxlength='25' value='{PARENT_ID}'></span sugar='slot'></td>, etc... nothing works.
Is it bug???

2 When I create task, schedule meeting or call, there is possibility to chose some modules like accounts, contacts, project, etc. I would like to have only one possibility: Accounts, but I don't know what should I do.

I'm begginer sugar user. I don't know PHP
Please help me.
