Is it possible to have multiple organisations using the same Sugar installation and segregate them based on organisation name?

If the companies are not linked with each other, you could run several SugarCRM instances on the same machine, assuming the load can be covered by the server.

If the companies are somehow associated with each other, with the Professional version (also a simialr Open Source add-in is available) you can use the team functionality to control access to the system.
