Customer Management Plugin ??

I'm looking for a plugin which let a manager :

• Follow communications to his customers
• Associate personnalized profiles (like tagging) to customers
• Schedule automatically tasks on customers, referring their profile

It would be an astonishing plugin , and if you know something like that, please let know

If you think it does not exists, please also tell it !

Little precision :

SugarCRM is able to manage campains, Each campain contains a list of subjects. Each list contains several contacts.

Okay, but ....

The problem is that I want the managers to follow individually the contacts of a subject list, and automatically schedule tasks for this contact (referring his profile/subject group).

Any help would be appreciated
