Default Customer Portal Assigned to shows as LBL_ASSIGNED_TO_ID:

    Hello,

We are running Sugar 5.0.0 Enterprise and I've come across an issue in the Customer Portal. When you view an existing Case the Assigned to Label is being displayed as LBL_ASSIGNED_TO_ID:. Can anyone tell me where I can update this to show up correctly?

In studio I have a LBL_ASSIGNED_TO_NAME: which shows as Assigned to.

    Thanks,
    Nick

Seconding this. We are new users to Sugar, so our install is fresh. We have this exact issue show up. It also shows up on random Case pages if I recall correctly.

    hello Nick,

please check the language file of case module in your sugar instance, if the translation of the label LBL_ASSIGNED_TO_ID.

if it is not available, place it in custom language file to make ur change upgrade safe.

then rename the file cache/moduleFields/Cases/moduleFields.php in PORTAL

    and re-login into portal.

i hope it helps & works for you.
    Best Regards

    Hi Heta,

Sure enough the entry was missing. I tried to add it and then removed the cached file but it still didn't work. I will log a ticket with Sugar support as this appears to be a bug.

    Thanks,
    Nick
