    Default Customer Portal for case management

    Is there a customer portal module for SugarCRM? We would ultimately like our customers to be able to submit tickets via a webform or through an email which then populates the case management module in Sugar.

    Hi Jon,

    The Enterprise version of Sugar comes with a Customer Portal. If you are on Pro or CE, there are other options available. You can check out the SugarForge and the SugarExchange for plugins.
