I can see how I can let a customer do self service and see their cases, I would create a 'role' then set the access rights.
I want a customer to come in and update their contact information. They should be able to see their cases as well.
And later we will let them see their own docuements.
Can I do the same similar thing for 'customers' so I do not have to create a 'user' for everyone?
