I just started to implement SugarCRM in my web hosting company.
What I want to do is to make a ticket suport system (cases). I want to allow clients to submit support tickets so I can response them using SugarCRM. How can I do that ?

We just have developed such project.
We did this functionality in two parts
1) Support.html page you can post data to second page.
2) case.php file in SugarCRM root directory

I'm very interested in seeing how you did this.
I see you're using modules/Cases/Case.php
I see you've assigned your own specific team_id and account_id
I imagine your Support.html has input fields to post to all the beans in your .php file.
If you're willing to share more, I'd greatly appreciate it.
