Default Customization of fields and tables gone bad

    Dear Sugar Community,

I come to search your advice concerning our customizations of Sugar Open Source. On 18th of April I posted in the Classifieds section of this forum an overview of my wished modifications. I wanted them to be executed by someone with Know How of Sugar and the background architecture. From the people replying I chose a company in Germany for security reasons and engaged them to perform the modifications, for an agreed undisclosed payment.

Unfortunately I had bad luck (Murphy's Law?). The guy was not familiar with the LAMP environment having even problems to execute commands in the shell (not knowing and not reading that „sudo“ was required instead of „su“). His new programmer was unfamiliar with Sugar, too. The result is that at this point, after six months, the import function (.csv) for all the new fields is not working. They are now working on it.

But, to cut the long story short, I would like to have an eye of someone knowing Sugar, on this affair, before throwing my bugs into the bin.

I attached the standard Sugar diagnostic zip file for deeper insight, and hope to get some feed back from your side.

Thanks in advance and greetings from Germany
